Looking for Satyrus

Your support will fund an additional week of filming for my full-length documentary feature. The film will highlight my search to find Satyrus effendi, a rare endemic butterfly, and my journey to reconnect with my late father’s work as an entomologist. We plan to return to Paragacay and mount a week-long camping expedition near the butterfly's mountain habitat to observe Satyrus effendi in the peak time of its flight when both male and female species have hatched and the mating season has begun.
