An Orphaned Bear Cub's Journey Back into the Wild

Additional funding will enable me to secure the equipment needed to process high-quality images and create final educational materials, including a child-friendly visual story, an open source website to provide resources and curriculum for teachers about the issues facing black bear health in the Pacific Northwest, and a case study examining the partnership between an elementary school and a wildlife rehabilitation center that cares for and releases rehabilitated bears.
