New approaches to language revitalization in central Amazonia

Additional funding would help us to secure valuable equipment to support the Escuelita Iskonawa (Iskonawa Little School), including new tablets that allow students to engage with Iskonawa learning apps and content. We are also working to further enrich this digital content by developing a new language app. Finally, we would be able to print educational stickers and posters for youth to take home, creating additional spaces for them to engage with their ancestral language.
