Special Benefit for Making a Gift Before You Disembark 

For travelers who elect to receive a future travel voucher, the amount will be based on the size of the donation:

  • For donations $250-$499 Lindblad Expeditions will issue a future travel voucher of $250.
  • For donations $500 or more, Lindblad Expeditions will issue a future travel voucher in multiples of $250 or $500 (e.g. two $250 vouchers for a couple donating $500; one $500 voucher for an individual donating $500; or two $500 voucher for a couple donating $1,000).
  • Future travel vouchers are only issued for $250 or $500, and are capped at $500 per person depending on the size of the donation. 

Starting January 1, 2026, future travel vouchers expire 12 months from date of issuance and may be redeemed by booking a new National Geographic-Lindblad Expeditions voyage or by applying the future travel voucher to an existing booking. The travel voucher is transferable. Only amounts donated that exceed the value of the voucher(s) are tax deductible.

Join Grosvenor Council

Gifts of $1,000 or more make you eligible to become a member of the National Geographic Society’s Grosvenor Council. Benefits include: magazine subscriptions, invitations to private events, insider updates on NGS discoveries and fieldwork, and much more.

All costs of administering and managing the LEX-NG Fund are paid jointly by Lindblad Expeditions and National Geographic. This means that 100% of your donation supports impactful projects. Monetary donations are kept confidential. We respect your privacy and will never share your name or contact details with any other fundraising organization for any purpose.
